Disability Access in Automated Transportation
Part 37 governs covered transportation services for individuals with disabilities. Vehicle-accessibility, equivalent-service, and nondiscrimination duties depend on the provider, service, vehicle, and applicable provision. An automated passenger service must assess that framework; automation does not establish one identical accessibility requirement for every vehicle.
